Membership
At the OSM we welcome new members of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. Whether you are a professional or have never touched a rifle before, we can provide everything you need to start or continue shooting.
New shooter?
We can give you everything you need to start shooting. You will receive full training in a relaxed but safe atmosphere. Once you complete an introductory day course, you can attend as often as you wish and build up your knowledge and experience at your own pace. You will have to opportunity to try lots of types of shooting and see what you most enjoy.
Already have some shooting experience?
If you already have some shooting experience, we will tailor your training to suit your ability. Whether you are familiar with shotguns and wish to move to rifles, or you are a sporting shooter and need to learn range procedure, we will make the conversion as simple as possible.
Shooter with current FAC and certification?
If you are already and FAC holder with target shooting, and hold a current certification card and you would like to join us, the process is very simple. All we need is for you to attend a couple of shoots and bring copies of your qualifications. You can then be put forward for full membership.

The club is run and maintained through membership fees and the time and effort of our members. Whilst we do our best to provide excellent service and facilities, we rely on the support of our members to keep the club going.
Members have available to them:

- A welcoming clubhouse open at weekends and other times by arrangement.
